BOOKING POLICY:


APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD


• Unconfirmed appointments may be automatically canceled without notice.

• Your card will not be charged unless scheduling policies are neglected. 

• If your credit card is not valid and can not be processed, you will not be able to schedule future appointments until the balance is settled.

Please still bring your preferred form of payment to your appointment. 

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, RESCHEDULING & APPOINTMENT CHANGE POLICY:

• Please give AT LEAST 24 hours advance notice if you can not keep an appointment or if you need to make any changes!

• Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge to your card on file. If your card on file can not be charged for whatever reason, there will be an unpaid balance saved on your account. You will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is settled.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
If notice is not given at all, a "no-show" fee will be charged amounting to 100% of the scheduled service(s). If an appointment is booked for multiple services and changes are made to the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the cancellation fee applies to the affected services. 


• Please note that cancellations and changes can only be made through your FRESHA profile or by calling/texting Alexa's Hair Boutique at (516) 828-1106. Cancellations are NOT accepted through email or private message on social media.

• You will always receive confirmation via email and/or text after successfully changing or canceling any appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you think you might be late to your appointment, please call and let me know! 


• Late clients will be contacted 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. After 10 minutes, late arrivals may be required to forfeit the appointment and will be subject to a "no-show" fee.

• Arriving late to your appointment may result in the inability to complete some or all of the services that you booked.

New Clients

New Clients

You are considered a "new client" if you have never visited Alexa's Hair Boutique before 

or if your last appointment was more than 2 years ago.

 

As of Jan 1, 2022 new clients are required to only book appointments before 3:00pm Tues-Thurs. New clients will not be able to make an appointment after 3:00 Tues-Thurs or on Fridays and Saturdays.

GRATUITIES

​

Gratuities are not included in the service price. Average gratuities in the industry range from 18%- 20% of the service price, but is at the full discretion of the client. Any gratuity is greatly appreciated!

REFUNDS

​

Products purchased from Alexa's Hair Boutique are non-refundable. 

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

​

Please be mindful of your belongings!

Alexa's Hair Boutique is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal property.
